These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Good Dog Systems website and services (the “Service”). By booking a call, signing up, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Good Dog Systems provides done-for-you websites and marketing services for dog groomers. You can reach us at daniel@gooddogsystems.com.

2. The Service

We build and manage a website and marketing system for your grooming business, which may include online booking, missed-call text-back, a review system, local SEO and access to our software platform. The exact inclusions depend on the plan you choose, which we’ll confirm with you.

3. Free website & monthly plan

• We build your website at no upfront cost as part of getting you started.
• You pay a monthly fee (from $147 to $247/month, depending on the plan you choose) that covers hosting, software, management and ongoing support.
• Prices are shown and billed in US dollars (USD).

4. Billing & cancellation

• The monthly fee is billed in advance and recurs each month until cancelled.
• There is no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. On cancellation, your access to the Service and ongoing management ends.

5. Website ownership

The content you provide (your logo, photos, text and brand) remains yours. The website, software platform and systems we build and host are provided as part of your subscription. If you cancel, hosting and management of the site through us ends; we’ll discuss any handover options at that time.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the materials we need to build and run your system.
• Use the Service lawfully and not for spam, misleading content, or anything that infringes others’ rights.
• Comply with applicable laws when contacting your own customers, including consent and marketing rules.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party tools (e.g. hosting, communication, booking and payment providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Results & disclaimers

We work hard to grow your bookings, but we can’t guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Dog Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or end the Service if you breach these Terms or fail to pay. You may cancel as set out above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability and payment) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
